Mrs Cassandra Scott is a registered BAS Agent and nationally recognised Australian bookkeeper. In the role of treasurer Cassandra manages the financial records, budgets and employment contracts, as well tracking capacity for reserve funding.

Mr Donald Jackson brings extensive community service and technical knowledge regarding faults and solutions to outages at the transmitter site. Combined with the tech team, ”Jacko” is well placed to manage outage reports and to monitor any outage issues through the fault log.

Station Manager: Robert Weeks
Mr Robert Weeks is responsible for ensuring operational outcomes align to the organisation’s strategic direction. Rob has overseen progress and achievement that clearly demonstrates Bay FM is moving in a positive direction. Membership has grown significantly, audiences are increasing, community engagement is stronger, volunteer participation is improving and operational systems have been modernised to support future growth.
Grants Coordinator: Bronwyn Hagelaar
Mrs Bronwyn Hagelaar has a strong financial background and extensive knowledge in the radio broadcast industry. Bronwyn has vast grant knowledge and successful grant outcomes as well as holding Community Media Radio qualifications, adding governance strength to the role of grant coordinator.
