Dear Bay FM Member

Please find attached an invitation to our AGM and a nomination form.  This year there are 5 positions available for nomination.  Being a board member at Bay FM requires your commitment for the term in office, which is a period of 2 years.  Our board members are required to attend at least 50% of the monthly meetings, help out with fundraising activities, working bees around the station, outside broadcasts and helping around the station as required.  If you wish to nominate for a position on the board, please complete the form attached and return it to the nominated locked box located in the office at Radio House, cnr Cleveland-Redland Bay Road Thornlands or email to secretary@bayfm.org.au no later than 5pm  30th  of October 2023  

 

Xmas drinks and light refreshments will be served after the meeting.
