Account Manager
BAY-FM is looking for a mature experienced Salesperson to join the BAY-FM team. You will be working within a small sales team to develop new business opportunities while supporting our existing clients.
Having developed quality sales skills through your sales career, you need to possess:
- A history of building excellent customer relationships through superior service and customer support.
- An ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- First class presentation and negotiation skills.
- A valid drivers license and your own car.
The position can be structured to be a part or full time role and would suit a person wanting to reduce the pressure and the hours of a demanding sales role.
The position offers commission based renumeration.

Office Adminstrator
BAY-FM is looking for an experience office administrator to look after the administration of the BAY-FM office. Duties will include:
- Dealing with all mail and email correspondence within the office.
- Maintaining the filing of the Association'a adminstrative files.
- Preparing and distributing inter-office newsletters on a needs basis in conjunction with the President, Program Manager, Production Manager and Music Director.
- Oversee the maintenace of all office equipment and the purchase of supplies.
- Responsible for the submission and acquittal of grant applications.
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenace of Radio House.
- Ensure that BAY-FM promotional and sales material is kept up to date and supplies replenished.
- Other duties as required.

Secretary
Due to our Secretary retiring, BCRA (Bayside Community Radio Association Inc) (BAY-FM) is looking for a volunteer to take over the position. BCRA operates under the rules laid down in the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 and later amendments. The Secretary is required to discharge the responsibilities of the position of Secretary under the Act and the Rules of the organisation.
